The Cardinals got smoked today, but Jacoby Brissett set the NFL single-game completions record with 47.
He was 47-for-57 for 452 yards. Two receivers had 10+ catches.

Jared Goff (2019) and Drew Bledsoe (1994) had shared the record with 45.

LOL ****ing Browns. How do you give up the go-ahead TD like THAT?!
Yeah, allowing Andrews to run 35 yards for a score on a fake tush push is insane, but I have a hard time blaming the defense for that loss. Their offense was pathetic. Both rookie quarterbacks sucked. Their lone touchdown came on a pick-six and they managed only a field goal after a muffed punt gave them the ball at Baltimore's six. They aren't winning games playing like that.

Ok, 4-16, a pick and a sack, against one of the worst defenses in the league. Can we end the "controversy" now? I guess the real question is - if it wasn't about the "interview process" - why was he rated so highly by so many ahead of the draft?
He needs to head to the CFL.

He had a great PR guy in his dad. I saw no actual scouts or nfl people rating him. It was all talking heads and buddies of his dad during the winter. When the real people started to scout him, the story changed in the spring.

That being said, I thought sanders would be better than what he showed today. For all of his athletic flaws, he was a very polished Qb coming out of college. I figured that would buy him some time.

His “fans” delusions just make it worse.

Sanders seems like an asshole for sure. But I’m not going to judge any rookie QB on the sample size of part of one game.

He likely isn’t going to be good and has the extra curse of playing for the Browns. But I’ll see a few more games first.

I know the overall statistics are bad, but the Ravens' defense was absolutely gutted by injuries early in the season. They were terrible in four of their first five games, but they have been very good since.

This isn't a defense of Sanders. He sucks. His pocket presence is a joke. He missed an open receiver in the end zone two plays before the incomplete pass on fourth down ended the game today. Just don't be fooled by the early statistics. The Ravens are a lot better than that.

Week 11 and 11 teams all but officially cut from the playoffs. They may not be eliminated, but you can Cross Them Off.
Jets, Dolphins, Browns, Bengals, Titans, Raiders, Giants, Commanders, Saints, Cardinals and our newest member - the Falcons.

On deck: Cowboys and Vikings.

Lions receivers didn’t do Goff any favors on that last drive. Two balls looked like they should’ve been caught for first downs.

And I see the ****ing Cowboys have another prime time game tomorrow. I know, I know, they bring eyeballs. I get it. But I can still irrationally hate it.

The nonstop going for it on EVERY fourth down is finally going to bite him on the ass.

They lose this game, Campbell and Jamo will catch a tsunami of **** tomorrow.

Who is this team that showed up in the Jaguars uniforms today?
Justin Herbert is 0-3 vs. the Jaguars. He threw for 81 yards today. Chargers rushed for 2.6 per carry. They had eight first downs. Jaguars didn't punt.
I know LA has OL injuries but the Jaguars didn't have WR1 (Brian Thomas), WR2 (Travis Hunter, and about to pass Thomas when he got hurt), TE1 (Brenton Strange), TE2 (Hunter Long), starting right tackle (Anton Harrison), CB1 (Jourdan Lewis), starting S/nickel (Eric Murray) and lost CB2 (Greg Newsome) on the sixth play of the game.
Herbert couldn't throw against a secondary of Montaric Brown, Jarrian Jones, Andrew Wingard (yes, he's double-dipping, collecting a salary and social security) and Antonio Harrison, who specializes at being invisible on the field.

Ross Tucker on Westwood One has no business being on a national radio network.

****ty PI call to pretty much end the game. But doesn’t diminish what the Eagles D did.

An absolutely dominant performance by the Philly defense. Lions could do nothing against it. Made Goff look absolutely terrible. A complete ass kicking.

Don’t see a defense do that very often in today’s NFL.

Herbert might be more frustrating than Goff and Darnold at this point.
