Vegas does this. Remember last year, they finished 4-13 but one of those wins was in Baltimore against a 12-5 Ravens team.Raiders win over Patriots is likely to become the biggest upset — if only in retrospect — since 2011.

I don't know. The first three weeks of the NFL season seem like extended pre-season, kind of like the NBA before Christmas. A throat-clearing more or less.
The Ravens shouldn't have been able to dig out, but the Steelers found a way to let them back in the race. Twice. Remember, the Ravens pulled back into a tie for first in the division, then lost three out of four before beating the Packes while the Steelers pissed away the division in Cleveland.Normally, you can't win the Super Bowl in September but you can definitely lose it. Collecting two or three losses early is a deep hole to dig out of. That's been flipped on its head this year, though, with the Patriots, Broncos and Bears (all 1-2 after Week 3) dueling for the No. 1 seed; the Texans (0-3), Panthers (1-2) and Ravens (1-2) rallying to make playoff pushes, and the Colts (3-0) utterly collapsing.
