I was reading somewhere, I believe it was SI.com, that the Packers were the most over-rated unbeaten team. I think they may be the most under-rated along with Carolina. I think they beat Denver on the road. Denver has had gravy train schedule and Peyton has not looked good. Going against a Packers team that has DBs with good hands and Clay Matthews rushing against an average line, I think Packers D creates turnovers and gets win in battle of unbeatens.

Also remember on Green Bay. The NFC North isn't that much better than the AFC South. The Packers don't need to win 11 or even 12 to win the North.

If Green Bay wins at Denver and at Carolina, I could see them easing off the gas to protect Rodgers and the receivers under all circumstances.

For the NFC, and I say this every year. The Rodgers' Packers are built like a dome team. Arizona and Carolina are the only two threats to get HFA. I could see the Packers going into either in January and winning by 14 or more.

Ryan Mallett pretty much came off as a douche during Hard Knocks. The best part is that O'Brien wanted to get rid of him Sunday and the GM wouldn't let him. That's not a dysfunctional organization at all.

Only saw parts of two episodes. Was he as much a douche as Cushing?

Just wait until Father Time beats Brady.
Many of us will still support the team. We'll just revel in the old days and brag about how "Da Patriots are the best team ever" even when they're 2-14.
Trust me. I was the guy junior year of high school who got **** on EVERY WEEK when they were 2-8 and getting beat by the Browns the year before they won the SB. I was one of about six actual Patriots fans in my class and would argue incessantly about how great Michael Bishop was as a quarterback.
We're a loyal bunch. We're dumb but we're loyal.
Just look at Red Sox/Bruins fans right now.

But, wait, I thought all New England fans were born into it and are, therefore, awesome. Who are these mythical teens who were ****ting on you every week in your New England-based high school? Sorry, not buying that a kid growing up in New England got **** on by other New England-born kids because the Pats stunk. Who were they all rooting for?

If you want to know about the NFL, you must go to ESPN IMMEDIATELY. Cris Carter and Stephen A Smith are talking NFL. Carter and Smith destroying civilization one syllable at a time

I'm looking for them along with the Celtic fans. They must be hibernating or waiting for the wagon to come around again.

Celltic fans became Clipper fans to follow that great Celtic and the Heir to Red, Doc RIvers.

Red and Doc share another interesting trait, both their nick names are ironic. Red was bald and Doc is an idiot

Alex Smith is terrible. Luckily, the Lions are worse. The guy is afraid to throw the ball past the line of scrimmage and Detroit has been letting him escape the pocket and run free.

It's fun to make fun of him -- I've been doing it already today -- but the problem is Stafford. He has regressed so much the past few years.
