Yes, Graham Gano was hurt and couldn't go. Now that's on Brian Daboll and Joe Schoen because they have a kicker on the practice squad. I believe Gano let them know in time that they could have activated him.

It's worse than that -- he was active and got injured on the opening kickoff. They had the punter try the first extra point, it was terrible so they just went for two after the next two TDs.

I am over the Kelce brothers experience, the Manning brothers experience, and Shaq.

Not for nothing but Sanders-Johnson took his helmet off on that fourth-down play, it didn't just come off

I just saw the condensed game. NYG score 6 to make it 18-15 and they go for 2?? WTF?? WHY???? Kick the extra point and you're up 19-15 and even if they kick a FG you're still ahead. Someone explain this, was their kicker hurt?
The whole schedule had bad play and weird scoring. Get used to it.

Falcons ****ed that up, should have run on second and five to either let the clock run or force philly to use a timeout

Scored to take the lead.

"They ****ed that up."

They had 2nd and five at the seven with 43 seconds left. They threw an incomplete pass. If Bijan doesn't score, you aren't going very far to get back on the ball to snap on third down.

Second team.

In 1989, Vikings kicked seven FGs in regulation. Rams scored three touchdowns. Vikings scored a safety in OT to win 23-21.

That was the game that gave the world the legendary Jerry Burns rant. Full breakdown at 1:10:40.

They go 70 yards in 50 seconds with no time outs, and score a game winning touchdown.

"The Falcons ****ed that up"

Okay.

Again, they gave Philly 34 seconds and two timeouts and all they needed was a field goal. It would have been different if they needed at TD

The Eagles were at their 43 with a timeout and 27 seconds left. That's an eternity to 17 yards.

Just because it worked out doesn't mean the process wasn't wrong. Atlanta was going to have three chances with second and five at the seven. Running there either forces the Eagles to use a timeout or they let the clock keep going. Either way it's better than an incomplete pass.

I'm also kinda surprised the Eagles just didn't go for it on fourth and three to win the game. At worst the Falcons go the length of the field and get a TD and you lose anyway. Kicking that field goal to go up six guaranteed Atlanta had to go for a touchdown, and if they get it, you lose.

So we are just assuming touchdowns now.
