I haven't hate-watched anything as much as I am the Titans game. And I used to watch the Kardashians!

My God. I listened to some of that abortion driving back from my parents’ house. The second time within an hour they started the happy talk about how great it was so many rookies were getting reps, I realized that not only is this team not winning a Super Bowl in my lifetime, but my hypothetical great-grandkids will live out their lives never having seen the Austin Oilers hang a banner.

He's a good, capable backup. He's fine to finish a game, maybe make two or three starts and hold the line in terms of the season, but on an extended run like this you're quickly reminded why the money was invested in Jayden Daniels and not Marcus Mariota.

He won't win it, but Canales deserves more than a handful of votes for Coach of the Year. I think getting a team from awful to mediocre in the NFL is a tough lift - especially with that franchise.

I won't feel as bad as I normally would if the Broncos lose and cash me out of the Survivor pool. The Commanders are playing some hard-ass football on both sides.

And yeah, maybe too many ads, but I dig the Cooper ones for Uber Eats.

Rodgers should not have played. Rudolph isn't good, but Rodgers is hurting badly and it shows in his play. Also, the game turned on the strip sack for a touchdown to start the second half. That wasn't the fault of the pass protection. It wasn't the injury. It was Rodgers being stupid, holding the ball too long and not protecting it.

The Steelers are toast. They go into Baltimore next week beat up and facing a team off a mini-bye. The Ravens are going to trample them and all but wrap up the AFC North.

Tonight is the first time I've ever thought this might be it for Mike Tomlin. Probably not his fault (anyone who saw Aaron Rodgers last year knew he was done), but this is the kind of collapse that gets people fired or nudges organizations to gently show them the door. Sometimes it's just time. That said, coach-killing Aaron Rodgers strikes again.

I get why people feel this way. But they are winning and you know what the Broncos haven't done a lot of over the past 10 years? Win. This fan will take it every single time, even if I wish a few of these were a little more of a positive spread. I feel like people talked about the Chiefs less last year and we should have been completely tired of them. And all their one-score games got them to the Super Bowl. (Not saying the Broncos are going to the Super Bowl, I'll still be happy with that first round loss everyone is predicting.)

The team is flawed. The offense actually played pretty good tonight, outside of a crappy fourth. The OT TD drive was a thing of beauty. I just don't understand how that doesn't come out more. I saw a beat reporter say today that Payton doesn't want to unleash Nix because he doesn't want to put the defense in a bad spot. But maybe a little of both?

The Commanders may have figured out the Broncos defense tonight. Quick passes and no QB pressures. As good as the Broncos defense has been, I have been concerned about their lack of game-changing plays -- hardly any turnovers, no scores. Tonight they didn't have any sacks either and it almost killed them. But they also gave up first downs on two 3rd and 12s, a 3rd and 10, a 3rd and 25 on the game tying drive, and a 3rd and 14 on the OT TD drive. The Commanders also converted a 4th and 6 (after the 3rd and 25) and two 4th downs and longish in OT (one the penalty that should have been a sack and we didn't have to worry about it) and the 4th and goal.

I mean, the worst teams don't do all that in one game. So it was probably a one off, but I'm not sure you can always rely on this defense either when they make no plays.

Anyway, I have seen so much crap over the past 10 seasons that I am not going to appologize for 10-2. Also, the broadcast said these four straight wins of three or fewer points tie the 1986 Giants for the same result. They won the Super Bowl (not predicting a Super Bowl win!).

Sorry for all that, these games get this fan wound up.
