I'm starting to think Peter Carroll might be one and done. Chip Kelly definitely is. I think "his offense" is fine, but you need a decent offensive line to execute it and the Raiders haven't had a decent offensive line in years. These are things people should probably think about when making hires.

It's not like the squad set a high bar last year, and the current roster isn't exactly "young and developing." I have no idea what the brain trust is doing.
