NFL Divisional Round weekend thread

Is it just me, or does it feel like the only reason not to bet the house on the Lions this weekend is, "Because they're the Lions," and it's still a compelling argument?

Playoff Lamar wants to emerge so badly. He’s holding the ball and backpedaling a lot and taking hits. We’re just two overthrows down the middle away from full engagement.

This penalty-prone box of nerves is the Houston team I thought we’d see last week. Being home helps a bunch.

“A 15-yard penalty — and I don’t condone this, but I kinda do in the playoffs — for a late hit on Brock Purdy is not a bad thing as long as it’s worth it. … Sometimes a 15-yard penalty is worth it early in the game if you knock the living crap out of the guy.”

Mark Chmura is very familiar with getting 15.

I’ve seen this movie before. The Ravens do this every year.

And good luck to the rest of the AFC South for the next 10 years.

Well, the offensive line sure sucks today. Jackson hasn't even had TIME to throw an interception.

Single wing might get it done for Baltimore.

Lamar tried to give it away. Texans will look back at that dropped pick all offseason.

This game is not as close as the score says. Baltimore’s defense is playing lights out. Houston is only in this because of a special teams play. Texans have 31 yards rushing and I’d be shocked if they get to 50.

Gonna have to wait another week for that Lamar game we're all expecting.
