Pegula is an idiot too. The Bills were a cluster**** until they got Allen.
And they will be again!

The decision to fire coach Sean McDermott and to promote G.M. Brandon Beane shows that owner Terry Pegula resolved the “coaching” vs. “talent” question by concluding that the roster was good enough to get farther than the divisional round of the 2025 playoffs.
Veteran Bills reporter Vic Carucci of WGRZ.com has posted a story with a nugget that sheds more light on the internal assessment of whether McDermott had the tools he needed.
From Carucci: “I’m told that during a meeting held five weeks ago between McDermott, Beane and Pegula, the coach pointed out what the roster lacked to win a Super Bowl. I don’t know the specifics McDermott mentioned, but I’m told neither Beane nor Pegula was pleased with McDermott’s assessment.”

What could possibly go wrong?

Report: Terry Pegula, Brandon Beane weren't pleased with Sean McDermott's concerns about talent

Anyone else kind of stunned by the amount of coaching turnover? Going into the season it seemed we had the Bills, Bengals, Ravens and Chiefs as the consensus-ish final four in the AFC and we've since seen the conference turned upside down with the emergence of the Patriots and Broncos and injuries derailing the seasons of the "big four." To go with Tomlin stepping down.
Part of me thinks there may be some overreaction from owners, the other side is that GMs know that the clock is always ticking and most "windows" have maybe four years to get something done and you always want to be ahead of the curve.
Would anyone have believed that only one of the Bengals, Bills, Ravens and Chiefs would be in the final four of the AFC? One missed kick, one different call by an official and it's an entirely different reality.

Christ after that newser today where he threw his fired coach AND his just promoted GM under the bus, I would not want to work for Terry Pegula.

He was OC at Alabama for a time. Nick Saban’s most underrated coaching win was somehow convincing an NFL team to take him. At least in college, he sucked as a coordinator.
Yeah, are the Titans so dumb they’d partner their new defense-oriented failed New York HC with an OC who was also a failed New York HC? Of course!

True, all true. Yet the ability of the Giants to screw up in the most miraculous of ways can never be doubted or discounted.
