I leave for a few days and the Orioles pitching completely falls apart before the season can even start. Bummer.

I think it’s just those two. No idea when Bradish or Wells will be ready. Still, that rotation was flimsy at best to begin with. Any hit is going to hurt.
There are reports that Gerrit Cole has already been told he needs Tommy John surgery. He is seeking a second opinion. The Yankees already lost Gil for a significant chunk of the season, so their rotation is suddenly very shaky.
Maybe Cease ends up in New York?
Don't worry, Yankees have Carlos Carrasco.
If Baltimore is all in, Alcantara should be throwing for them on opening day. Especially because the Yanks are sniffing around him.
I don't think the bullpen is a problem right now with Bautista back. But they have to upgrade that rotation.
My guess is the Yankees aren't sniffing around him as much as you might think. Cashman, with eternal job security, made his moves and Cole's injury provides him his Ned Flanders' parents moment. "I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas, man."

No, the Drunken Bridesmaids
No, the .23’s with Morgan Wallen’s face on the hat throwing a chair.
Would a meaningful number of TB-St. Pete residents really miss the Rays? This feels a lot more like the Browns or Senators leaving their cities than the Dodgers bailing on Brooklyn or the Expos leaving Montreal.
