What are you talking about? What if it is best quarterbacks of the Super Bowl era? What if the discussion is best quarterbacks of the 80's or 90's?

Context is always important in any discussion.

I don't know how many 4th quarter comebacks Otto Graham orchestrated and don't care to look it up - but if he isn't in, say, the top 10 or 15 in terms of how many then I would think he isn't in the discussion....

The Browns were something like 104-15-4 with him as the QB. I'm guessing he didn't have many chances to comeback.
