Last year I started a keeper league with 12 teams and three of them need owners after some bailed. It is a standard head-to-head categeory yahoo setup. The top 6 make the playoffs. This is a for fun/bragging rights league. No money to win or pay to get in. The people back pay attention and will do so throughout. Rosters are 30-man and for the team you inherit you can keep 10.
