The main broadcast was terrible. The FS1, which was an extension of their usual NYRA broadcasts, was pretty good for the undercard. But Terry Bradshaw? Surprised they didn't shoehorn white elephant Tom Brady into it.

1. Noise freaks some horses out. 2. Race winners have been known to bite interviewers horses. Thoroughbreds are NFL wideouts times one million.

Sovereignty did have a heck of a trip. He spent much of the race pinned to the rail. At the quarter pole he was boxed in 4th but made his way to the outside and won.
That was fun to watch.
