Houston - Seattle game ends with 0:03 seconds on the clock, Houston turns the ball over on downs. Seattle has a chance to tie the game with a TD and a 3pt conversion. Officials end the game and run off the field knowing this, the supervisor of officials has a TV interview and comes off as a total incompetent deer in the headlights. Unbelievable that this could happen.
Does anyone know if this type of mistake could open the league (or any league) up to lawsuits from bettors that lost $$?
