Right. So I haven't spoken to my mother in about five years. Without getting into all the details, she and I have a toxic relationship. It's to the point when I decided to write off negative people in my life that I consider her one of them.

I just got off the phone with my maternal grandmother. She told me that my mother fell in front of a building and was seriously hurt. According to her, my mother may never walk again. And, she also fell and is in bad shape.

Oh boy. Thanks for letting me vent, even if it's for a short period of time.
