Too old for Facebook nudity?

There is an old college acquintance of mine, a woman, who is a frequent poster of photos of her daughter, who is going to be in first grade next year. I would say she averages posting a posed shot of her once a day, perhaps a little more.

So yesterday, she posted a photo of the little girl, who I assume is 6, standing on the porch, shirtless, holding a pepper from their garden.

It said something like, "She's so happy to finally have picked her favorite pepper!" Something banal like that.

But shirtless.

I felt uncomfortable with it.

Should I have?

Seriously, though, I would not put a topless pick of my seven-year-old online to answer your question. I think once you hit school age, being topless in public is not age appropriate. College age, yes. Elementary, no.

I agree with every word. I wouldn't do it, but it's certainly not a big deal. Borderline, but certainly none of your friends are thinking BOOBIES when they see that. Right?
