RIP Karl Malden

I never saw it. PBS for me, as a kid, meant , which meant you avoided PBS like the ****ing plague.

But I do know that the terrific (and very gracious) Paul Dooley was the original head writer. I found that out while researching his brief (and hilarious) role in "Slap Shot."
