Well that's one show they won't be bringing back for a reboot.

Also - one half of one of the oddest feuds in Hollywood history.

A few years ago, I was watching a cartoon movie with my kids (I think it an Alvin and the Chipmunks film). I noticed that the evil woman's voice sounded familiar. Sure enough, it was Charlotte Rae.

Loved Different Strokes and Facts of Life as a kid. Lost interest after she left Facts.

RIP

Wow, I totally got distracted by that man falling into the sign!

I was initially surprised that Bridges was the last survivor. But Gary Coleman had lifelong health issues. Dana Plato was a trainwreck and Conrad Bain would be at least 100 today I imagine.

Dana Plato's been gone almost 20 years. That surprised me.

Are "The Facts of Life" and "Diff'rent Strokes" on any of the big streaming services, or did they just completely disappear?

Probably would not have picked him as the last survivor after his legal issues in the late 80s.

It wasn't just legal troubles. He was a cocaine addict with some serious issues. It really is amazing he found his way through all that.

For accuracy's sake, Rae's replacement as the housekeeper Mary Jo Catlett (Pearl) still lives as does Danny Cooksey, Arnold's step-brother. 67 and 48 eps respectively. Even Dudley had more eps than Rae.

The Facts of Life was such a teen boy fantasy -- all those chicks who inevitably had to undress in front of each other at some point.

Entertaining show, though.

Would you hit Natalie, if it meant you got your pick of Jo, Blair or Tootie?

As a teenage boy? We could say no, but we'd all be lying.

I'd have done just about anything for Tootie, though.

--Where it was really this way though was in Season 1 when they were all in the same house and there was talk that one of them was a lesbian.

Not too sure if that would be lying. Even back then don't think it was a no-brainer.

Looking at that show now, after Tootie developed she pretty much blew away
the others. Also watching it on TV Land some nights I think, WTF was I thinking that Blair is so
hot. Watching Three's Company, still think Terri is pretty hot.
