I know most of you may not know Adam Frey unless you follow wrestling. But he's a former Cornell wrestler who found out probably more than a year ago that he was battling a rare form of cancer after he was in a car accident. He kept up a running diary throughout all the treatments and has since set up the Adam Frey Foundation.
Unfortunately, Adam took a turn for the worse a couple days ago and passed away this morning. Here's a link to the site where he kept his running diary. And just yesterday Adam's mom posted a letter written to her by one of Adam's teammates from Blair Academy.

I never met the kid but heard he was just an outstanding individual who used his illness to try and better the world.
