1) Matt Damon - I base it on nothing else except marrying a normal, non-Hollywood woman

2) David Eckstein - Based on a lot of interviews I've seen/read. If this guy's really a phony, then he should be in Hollywood.

Thats all I got. Any others?

Matt Damon dumped Minnie Driver on national TV. He loses.

Not sure on Eckstein but he didn't seem to like being recognized when ESPN had a camera following him to an Internet cafe a few years ago. That kinda rubbed me the wrong way for some reason.

If we're staying away from sports...

I've met Ben Affleck, Ray Romano, Ashton Kutcher, Kurt Russell, Bruce Willis at various points and all were incredibly cool...

From everyone I know who's dealt with him, Clooney's at the top of the list.
And I can say from personal experience that Laura Linney is a hoot.

Mario Lopez and Brian Urlacher are two of the nicest guys I've met for the same reasons: They are both extremely polite and respectful. Unless, you know, you date Lopez. But I haven't done that.

Viggo Mortensen -- man mows his own lawn. I've seen pictures.
So do I. Who is Viggo Mortenson?

Are there any women who make this list?

How about Jodie Foster?

Viggo was Aragorn in the Lord of the Rings flicks. I don't mow my lawn (yea, OK, so I don't have one, but I wouldn't even if I did.)

Totally agree on Jodie. I was looking at my DVDs and no woman in anything I own strikes me as down to earth.
