Thuggery knows no color. And yeah, it's absolutely the right word for some of these Tea Party folks.

I'm not arguing with you. Thug is a fine word. I was being sarcastic.

Kinda makes my point. If black folks were engaged in some of the behavior the Tea Partiers have engaged in, you'd have heard the T-word tossed about dozens of times by now.

It would be nice if somebody besides Olbermann would call these people what they are: common thugs. Too bad Democrats are scared ****less to take these scum on.
It's why the right has become increasingly vocal in its distaste for Olberman. He chews them up and spits them out every single night.

You really make yourself look silly when you compare Al Gore with the Unibomber. What page is it in "Earth in the Balance" where Gore advocates violence, again?

Take the quiz. Come back & tell me how many you got right.

http://www.umich.edu/~mrev/archives/1999/4-21-99/aloruna.htm

In other words, the answer is, "He doesn't." Thanks for clearing that up. :)

I never said Al Gore advocated violence.

What I was pointing out was that the Unabomber is a leftist. He was motivated to kill by his leftist ideology.

And if you take the quiz I posted, you'll see that their leftist ideology is so similar as to be indistinguishable.

So, Unabomber: Leftist Killer motivated by political ideology.

Animal Liberation Front & Earth Liberation Front: Leftists. Named a terrorist threat by the Department of Homeland Security. Caused the destruction of property. Their violence is motivated by their leftist ideology.

New Black Panther Party: Leftists. Using violence to intimidate voters:

Now, are you going to take my quiz, or are you afraid you'll fail?
Don't forget to mention that Tea Parties don't come close to the outrageousness of, let's say, a Code Pink demonstration, which has included showing up at churches and splashing fake blood on altars.
It's early yet. And it's trending poorly

Holy friggin ****. Michael Gerson has provided a voice of reason today.

I'm going to stock up on canned food and then go to confession. None of us may be around much longer.

The definition of delusion. When Olbermann is in an institution in the not-too-distant future, it will turn out the only person he chewed up and spit out is himself.

Score a two-point takedown for Keith on Coultergeist last night.
She had gone off on KO's late mom, the sexual identity of Richard Wolfe, and called Rache the most macho figure on MSNBC.
Keith's response: "Given Ann Coulter's recent obsession with sexual identity, dude, if you want to live your live as a woman, more power to you."

Eh, that's not very funny, actually, and I think Coulter embodies everything that's wrong about politics.

Keep dreaming, Tony. As long as the screaming maniacs like Beck, Limbaugh and Hannity have a place at the table, Olbermann's not going anywhere.

I saw that last night. How the hell is Richard Wolffe considered androgynous?

We're talking Ann Coulter here. That explains it.
Great video on tonight's show of frat boy at the podium going ballistic that CPAC actually allowed a gay Republican group in the hall. Most of the cons actually booed him - even they realized what an embarassment he was.
If I'm in CPAC, I'd demand the firing of whoever put that bozo on the speaking program.

Might be nice if you acknowledged that Code Pinks protesters who vandalize churches and radical environmentalists who burn down ski resorts are also common thugs.

Oh, please. Olberman wins debate and arguments only because you and he believe it to be so. He's been proven wrong and disingenous so many times it's an embarassment to his own network. Maddow is much more principled, reasoned and clear-headed.

CPAC isn't exactly a rocket scientists' convention. The gay group is actually co-sponsoring the convention ... but isn't allowed a speaking slot.

In other words, "We'll gladly take your money as long as you sit at the back of the bus."

It's Ann Freaking Coulter. It's not supposed to make sense. :)
