Quite a bullpen meltdown by the D'backs. Six runs and counting in the ninth inning by the Mets.

All started with an error too. Should have been none out, two outs and LoDuca up. Instead the error leads to a walk and a three-run shot by Easley; walk to Franco, single by Reyes, three-run shot by Wright.

Sorry, noles, but the error did not "lead" to anything. The error put one man on base with one out.

Stupid, way-too-linear thought.

That error tipped that moron's fragile psyche.

Great inning by the Yankees pitching staff. Mariners send 13 batters to the plate, score eight runs on eight hits and two walks. Yankees trail 14-8 going to the bottom of the eighth. The only comfort I take is the Mariners pitching sucks. This could be a 21-20 game.

My mistake, though it was your mistake to start Kei Igawa. Now Myers has put the first two on in the sixth.
