Gil Meche is a ****ing STEAL at 55 million.

That is all.

He is having a great year. I am shocked after watching him pitch in Seattle.

Buck.....

Owings is pegging 93 and 94 tonight.

So, I apologize for my previous assertions.

I don't know why I was convinced I had seen 91 max.

Mea culpa.

Brian Bruney just drilled Sosa in the head. He left the game. Hit him on the ear flap.

I'm not even going to bring it up tonight that the Brewers have the best record in baseball and lead the NL Central by five games. I'm keeping my mouth shut.

Is Capuano OK?
Gallardo's a phone call away.

That's fine by me. Gallardo's in my farm. He's tearing it up. 29K in 17 IP.

Manny's wicked hot. Two HRs and the Bosox lead 8-7. One home over the Green Monster, the other opposite field against the wind.

It's good to see he's really started hitting

I won't say steal. But he's earned his keep so far. The critics have quieted

Oh, yeah. Definitely. He's amazing, how good of a hitter he is. Like a savant

If this SF game gets rained out and Cain escapes this waxing he received... there might be a roto homicide.

Oh, that WOULD be brutal and unjust. He was getting worked like it was BP

Oh, HELL no. They're going at least five.

/phanboy

I was listening to the game on the radio, and even Kalas felt a little bad for Cain. You could hear it in his voice. Cain had nothing tonight. They have to go at least 5

Mariano Rivera is back to himself, as well. He saves both games of the doubleheader against the Rangers. Although he gives up two singles in the second game, he also broke two bats with his cutter (one of the singles was of the broken-bat variety.)
