Well, she did nothing wrong. She just either momentarily forgot who she is and who she's married to or she grossly underestimated the paparazzi.

There's also a distinct possibility that she doesn't really care and it's all the older royals who are raising such a fuss. There's a history, of which she must be aware, of the royals getting caught on what they believe is a private vacation. For example: Will's mum embracing Dodi Fayed, and Fergie topless on a yacht.

I know these folk get little in the way of privacy and Diane's sufferings were quite unjust. But Kate and William and to a further extent, Harry, should have realized their college fratlike associations and parties would eventually put them in such a position of vulnerability...whether it be friends who run sex clubs to strip poker. And if you're stupid enough to go topless at a public place, even when it's secluded, you damn sure make sure your security detail is trusted and on top of things enough to keep shots from getting to a magazine. It's their own damn fault to start with.

Yeah, I call double bull**** on that one. If that's true, one such picture and you are set for life.

And I call bull**** on the idea the photos sold for that much.
How would the magazine make back that kind of investment in a handful of photos?



And correct me if I'm wrong here but weren't the topless photos taken when she was a secluded private house? That's a little over the top to capture her tits. I hope the royals sue the Italian publication into submission.

I love breasts... But they are just breasts. Fifty percent of the population has them. And not everyone in the world is that hung up on nudity.
Europeans have a more relaxed attitude towards stuff like topless sunbathing. So I can see why Kate would let her guard down. But this is NO fault of hers. None.
