Left. Right. In a box by the door.
Season starts Thursday. :) NC State-South Carolina seems to be the most interesting matchup of the opening day. Alabama is overrated and after Saturday night will be nicknamed the Possums (they're going to get killed on the road). Illini-Mizzou should be Saturday's most interesting game. I'm not sure I like the idea of ESPN showing college football instead of MLB on Labor Day; just feels wrong somehow.

Tell me again ... why doesn't anybody like Rutgers this year?

And I have James Madison beating Duke. 8)

No Ray Rice = no running game.

No Ray Rice. That's why.

Fresno wins on the road in that one.

Temple could win 6 games this year. They've been creeping up the last few years. They played a great game against Penn State last year but time and again couldn't ****ing punch the ball in deep inside the red zone.

Temple might be better than you think .. at least not as horrid as in the past.

UConn= third-tier bowl.

For once.

I don't know. I kind of see Illinois struggling just like Rutgers because Mendenhall was such a workhorse, could carry the ball all day. Do they have anyone else to take the pressure off Juice?

Illinois used two QBs (eddie McGee, I think, was the other bloke's name) at times last year. Dufrene and Pollard are two killer running backs. I don't think Illini miss a beat. And I need to go puke for writing that.

Word from upstate New York is that Greg Robinson has been told to win more games than he loses or update his rezoomay.

Indiana State at Eastern Michigan is going to be epic on Thursday.

Fresno State is legit this year. They may not win all 12 games, but they'll definitely win 10...including Wisconsin on the 13th.

The name-the-score game of the weekend will be Chattanooga at Oklahoma. The utterly-no-one-but-SC-and-a-couple-of-others-give-a-****-about game of the weekend will be Ohio at Wyoming.

The dumb-scheduling game of the week is SMU at Rice ... on a Friday night ... the opening night of high school football.

There are probably a dozen high school games in Greater Houston that will have a bigger attendance.

Awesome decision to move the game for national TV. How's that empty stadium look, America?

Only line I could find was OU + 47.5 points. (Lay the points.)

CLARIFICATION: That's the good OU I speak of, not those Athens charlatans.) :)

Any website worth a **** that has up-to-date lines and won't have my computer spitting out porn cookies?

I'll go ahead and get it out of the way, since it will come up at some point: The SEC is the best league, hands down. Tim Tebow burps astonishment and pisses excellence and could very well be the second coming of Christ; the league's media are all a bunch of reach-around artists and Georgia won't win the national championship because the schedule is too tough.

Did I leave anything out?

Yoo-Dub all the way ... sorry, sc. :)

And if Hawaii keeps it closer than 30 in the Swamp, it'll be a good week.
