Best movie stoners of all time?

All the Jeff Spicoli/Michael Phelps jokes got me to thinking, who were some of the best movie stoners of all time? Spicoli probaby runs away with No. 1, but who else fills out the list? I also think you have to make an allowance for crackheads, like Chris Rock's "Pookie" in New Jack City.
