No it doesn't. Beating him into submission is well worth the two minutes.
My point is that if someone like Tucker is going to run around like an asshole, he should take the beating that's coming. He's not going to fight a heavyweight (Orr, Brashear, Laraque, Boogard); Tucker picks and chooses who and when he fights. The league, if they want to clean up the garbage, needs to get rid of the instigator and let the heavies pound people like Tucker into submission.

It doesn't have to be a fair fight...when Tucksie does something like this, the tough guy ****s him up and sits in the box for the extra two. His teammates reach down for that little extra to be sure the penalty is killed. Hell even if it's five minutes alone, I've been around the game at high levels long enough to know your mates have your back in those situtations, and rarely does it cost the team goals. Might cost a couple game suspension, but it's time/money well spent and I bet the team would kick in to help 'em out if needed.
Instigator or no instigator, grab the cowardly prick and pound him into tomorrow. ****ing weasels...sounds like Steve Ott, too. And Sean Avery. No place in the game for them. Damn shame, cuz they all can play.
