A one third pound of sirloin topped with two slices of white American cheese, four strips of bacon, peanut butter, between two Krispy Kreme donuts.

Not too sure about the peanut butter, though.

Probably the craziest concoction of a meal I've eaten is "The Neal" at Alldays and Onions in Bennington: hot pastrami sandwich on toasted rye smothered with cheese topped with cheese tortellini.
