TCM is doing a whole Paul Newman marathon, but I don't know for how long. I already used it to put Cool Hand Luke and Somebody Up There Likes Me on the Tivo. So I've got that going for me.

I did the same, Babar. I have "Hud" and "Somebody Up There" -- neither of which I've seen -- waiting for me at home on the DVR. Watched "Cool Hand Luke" again earlier.

Newman's fine in Hud, as is Pat Neal. But to love it, you have to love that general Larry McMurtry genre a helluva lot more than I do. Somebody Up There is worth seeing . . . once.
