The show is not bad. The book is a quality read and several of those things work solidly when field tested. I would suggest reading the book for any person that feels they need to get into the dating game a little bit stronger. They also had a Canadian show called "Keys to the VIP" which was also a quality series.

The book was a good read for me because of Strauss' writing style, which is fantastic. The "tips" work, but they're way over the top and some are ridiculous. It really breaks down into one thing -- confidence. But damn, I love this show...
