OK, perhaps this is because this is based on my favorite cartoon of all time, but my new TV love is for a show on Tru TV ("It's not reality, it's actuality..."), the channel best know for bringing you "World's Dumbest Thieves/Drivers/Criminals/Fill In Sub-Criminal Genre".

The show is "Man vs. Cartoon" -- a show where students at New Mexico Tech (an engineering and technical school) have to create the gizmos and items Wile E. Coyote used in his endless and fruitless pursuit of the Road Runner.

Tonight's episode was creating a pair of rocket skates... epic fail.

Last week's was creating this Rube Goldberg contraption that ended up with a cannon firing a bowling ball. And they actually pulled it off.

It's hilarious to see them actually try supplanting the Acme Corporation. Highly recommended TV. ;D

I want to see the episode where they determine if a person actually does produce a big cloud of dust visible from the cliff after he falls 200 feet down.

Yeah, I saw that too. It's hilarious and highly creative.

I just wonder what other cartoons they'll use for fodder.

Scooby Doo? The Flintstones? Justice League?

:D

"Let's see what really happens when you try to use your bare feet as the brakes in your automobile!!"

But it would have to be the same automobile that accelerates by your holding the frame of the car up and running really, really fast to get it going.

The guy doing the Fred voice in that clip is DEAD ON.

Back to the original topic, this show sounds brilliant. According to my guide, it's not on again until Thursday night. Does Tru TV stream episodes on their website?
