I have every episode on my DVR. Still haven't watched one. :(
Pass you DVD to me... I wanted to DVD it but my family dominates tv that night.

You might want to check the "r" key as well.
Damn spell predicting son of a ***** iPad. When I look at the keys as I touching them I see little reason to spell check.

I dig the spy genre, but I'm having a really hard time getting into this show. Even with Keri Russell. For whatever reason, I'm not all that fired up about rehashing the old enemy story lines any more. Watched the pilot of Zero Hour last night and thought it was complete dreck, pretty much for the same reason. We've been oversaturated with battles against the Nazis.

Really like this show (growing up in the '80s perhaps helps, I don't know), although Phillip's fro is a bit disconcerting.

Having a kid like to play hockey could be a direct result off the Miracle on Ice. I have to imagine the sport got a bit of a lift after the 1980 games.

Also like the fact that it was created by an ex-CIA guy. Gives it some credence, IMO.

Wasn't the FBI agent in Death of a Salesman at McKinley Junior High in 1988?

I played a tree in that very production and out-acted his ass, dammit!

Saw the pilot last night. Dude got a BBQ fork jammed into his testes. This is going to be a great TV show.

I'm caught up. I'm still on the fence. It's been a bit slow going but episodes two and three were a bit better. Hard thing for me is that I'm not really behind any of the characters. I just can't root for the main characters.

I think they rooted for them in Russia, too.

Last night was really good. I don't know if we really got that close to war the day Reagan was shot, but they certainly made it seem plausible.

Heard WaPo TV critic Lisa DeMoraes on yesterday's Tony Kornheiser Show and she made a good point — this really should have been a mini-series. That way, they could have given these characters a plausible story arc, rather than having them narrowly avoid being caught each week so they can sustain the show for 4 or more seasons. You could say the same for Homeland.

That said, I really like it so far. I just worry it will run out of steam after about a season-and-a-half, if not less.

I like this series quite a bit. I hope they have a defined story arc and don't mess with it.
Run for one or two seasons, and let it resolve itself.

And there's plenty of character development. The characters are unfolding gradually as a result of the plot/story.

Got renewed for a second season.

Based on previews, looking forward to next week's episode.
