If you saw this AM's Seattle P-I, no guessing. But what did the buyers pay for this house (left)in South Seattle recently, and how much are they asking for after the flip?

OK, I just cheated. The initial buy price is way more ridiculous than the sell. I figured they got it in foreclosure or auction or something like that.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it. I'm guessing the paint and porch were the bulk of the improvements. I'd check out the plumbing and electrical before plunking down any money.

I checked after my guess, spup is the closest on the original price and I'm the closest on the second one. I'm also closest as far as aggregate price.

OK, actually a Seattle native here ... but where the hell is Columbia City?

Purchased for $315 K, wants to sell at $549K. I think Columbia City is in South Seattle someplace.

The story never mentions the square footage, a major, major oversight.
