Can you actually damage OJ Simpson's character or reputation? Serious question to the lawyers out there - are there people that have lost claims of libel or defamation simply because their reputation was already terrible? Could Trump win a verdict?

Someone made a good point on one of the Vegas wiseguy shows ... who knows how many other athletes and entertainers over the years have run up big casino tabs, only to pay when the casino threatened to sue and/or make it public. Something like that was probably more of a scarlet letter with previous generations.

I wonder if she tried to assert her First Amendment rights in a foreign country. Happens all the time with Florida-based boaters in the Bahamas.

You can get all kinds of colors nowadays. Many guns have plastic grips, so colors are easy. Pink, blue, sand, tan, camo, whatever.
