No argument there. How many remember the Spurs blowing out the Warriors in last season's opener? It came out OK for Golden State.

Awful injury. Almost looked like the sock was the only thing keeping his foot from coming completely off.

I feel like such an asshole, but after seeing social media mentions of this I went looking for further information and ended up on an ESPN article by Chris Forsberg in which he uses "stretcher" as a verb and that somehow seems more disturbing to me than Hayward's injury.

I should add that I have been a big fan of Hayward since his high school days at Brownsburg and through his college career at Butler.
