That's awful. When I lived in Maryland (and when I return to visit family) Route 4 always made me anxious. It seems like you should be able to drive fast - so people do - but it's not a freeway and cars can come out quite suddenly.

I wrote about a lot of fatalities on Route 4 in my first post-grad newspaper job at a Southern Maryland twice-weekly.

I just came back from Orlando… holy ****.

And 90% of it seems like people in their 20s in rental cars.

Weaving in and out of traffic has to be policed better.

With what to most that age seems like an unspendable amount of cash in the pocket.

Ain't nothing good happening at 3 a.m.

Even sex at that hours is most generally a no-go because you're tired from all you had earlier. Or you're sleeping off a drunk.

And it isn't just happening at 3 a.m. I drove 400 miles this weekend on highways and nearly got sideswiped by aggressive, super-speeding drivers four times.
