Dan was a legend around AHL circles ... and as we've come to understand, in PA wrestling and softball, too ... 32 years at the same paper (Lebanon Daily News) ... he enjoyed arguing politics (he was staunchly with Old Tony), and hockey, but a very gentle soul ... I'm going to miss him ... blessings to his family

Dan was a character I won't soon forget. Part of perhaps the best minor-league press corps in professional sports.
