Any time you wanna throw down W-2s, levels of education, awards in chosen field, fellowships, speaking engagements, scholarships, number of threesomes, hell, number of women in general, by all means, do step in the ring, pal.

Since the number of threesomes is a fine indicator of the quality of a man.

wcv, not taking sides, other than to say that "joke" was ****ed up.

Sorry. Twas the only WVA joke I knew. Apologies to all the Pittsnoglers out there.

Fair enough. Sorry 'bout the crack on Tennessee.

What's the difference between a catfish and a woman from West Virginia?

One is ugly, smelly and has whiskers.
The other is a fish.

I thought this was a Marge Schott joke...

And as usual, replace "West Virginia" with "black" or "Jewish" and this thread would have been locked a long time ago.

Not funny. Not original. Not much of anything except bigoted.

To answer the original question, there's as much or more to do in Morgantown as any college town that size. It's had massive growth in the past 10 years or so. Several strip clubs, golf courses (Lakeview), all types of bars and restaurants, pretty much whatever you're looking for. You can find rafting as people have mentioned in Pa. closer than going down to the good spots in W.Va. But there's rock climbing and things like that down there, too. Depends on what kind of bachelor party you want to have.

Oh, grow the **** up. Though I have to say, the jokes got worse after your post.

This is the kind of **** that goes back and forth between West Virginia and Western PA. I'm disappointed that Ellis hasn't fired back.

And frankly, the reference I made to a very specific incident in the history of the Backyard Brawl was appropriate.

Why make fun of West Virginia?
There are so many other redneck states that it's easier to make fun of, like Kentucky.

EStreet, Athens is a big party town, so I've been told by OU alums.

Of course, pretty much every college town in BFE is a party town.

It's all relative.

And then there's Penn State:
"We cannot rank Penn State University against other schools in the party category because we feel it is unfair to rank professionals against amateurs" -- Playboy

I guess she didn't party during her few years there before leaving due to serious health problems of her own and then her sister's death.

I don't know anything about that. I was born there, but moved to Chicago when I was 1 and lived there for 23 years. I consider myself from Chicago. But I still have many family members in West Virginia, and it's always nice to hear them referred to as inbred hicks. ::)

A West Virginia teenager runs up to his father and says, "Paw, can I borrey th' car tonight?"

His father replied, "You can...but you gotta suck mah **** first."

"Aw, Paw, do I have to?"

"Yep...you know the rules. You borrow the car, you give yer daddy a blowjob."

"Dangit, Paw...alright..."

So Junior gets down on his knees and starts sucking his dad's ****. Two slurps into it, he looks up at his father and says, "Dad, why duz yer **** tayste like ****?"

Without flinching, the father says, "Your sister borrowed the car three days ago."

And now a UT fan weighs in. Yeah, Tennessee is the height of sophistication. ::)

I do believe, and DOH may be able to confirm, but WVU has more Rhodes Scholars than any other non-Ivy League university in the country.
