I'm still not convinced Santino is an actual fashion designer. I think he's a professional gluer.

OK, just finished. The only real thought I had was that Ari Fish

looks exactly like LiLo's on-again/off-again love Sam Ronson

I liked the first girl, Althea, with the glamorous dress. My other two favorites were Shirin and Irina. I freaking LOVED Irina's dress.

I just Googled Wendy Pepper, if anybody remembers her.

I get to her website, and it says, The 2006 Collection is Here.

Eh, guess it's not going so well for Wendy.

I saw the first season on an Oxygen marathon a few weeks back. Pretty much wanted to stab her most of the time.

My first thought about Ari was how much she looked like S.R. Glad someone else noted it.

So what's the story here? I can't even remember when this show is on. Is it even on? I occasionally find it by accident. Never should have left Bravo.

Said I wasn't gonna do it ... but the wife had all episodes on the DVR, so I watched the All-Star Challenge and the first two episodes of the season last night.

Somehow, doesn't seem quite as .... tight as the Bravo seasons. Still, I'm stoked. Make it work!

A whole PRunway devoted to newspapers, and no comment here?? You people. Tsk.

I just watched it today. I was kind of done with that guy anyway, but pshaw to greasy-hair guy for snickering on the runway when tossed guy (I don't waste my time with names) started comparing his pig's blood dress to a Dior.

Holy. Crap.

I didn't like the design, at all. But the designer had had success so many times before. I can't believe THAT was the cut. Seriously.

Agree completely. He should have stayed just on past performance.

This season is really a train wreck, can't get excited about any of these people.

This frustrates me every season - that they don't seem to take past performance into consideration at all. Ra'mon's outfit was a hot mess, but he deserved to stay over what's her name, whose stuff is always mediocre.

I agree - not an exciting season at all.

Disagree on all fronts. One of the things I like best about Project Runway is the overwhelming pressure to be good every week. No excuses. Designers slip through on past performance all the time, and I prefer it when talented people understand they can't flake out one week when they want to make an outfit that feels like a iguana stepped on a landmine. I like Ra'mon, but he deserved to go home. His outfit looked like he'd glued it together 20 minutes before the show. What makes PR such a pressure cooker is that you know you could be screwed if you have to scrap your design midway through a start over. Ra'mon already did that once and saved himself. He should have known better.

I'm enjoying this season plenty. Nicolas is a giant douche, but he's playing the role of the douche well. Logan, Irina, Althea, Christopher, Carol Hannah and Epperson all have plenty of talent. Mostly I'm pissed that Michael and Nina aren't around because Zoe Glassner sucks giant thimbles.

I know Epperson's good, and someone above said he's apparently a nice guy too. But I just can't handle much of him. I don't know why...just rubs me the wrong way.

Althea is good, but for whatever reason is background to me. She doesn't get featured a lot. I do like Carol Hannah and Irina and Shirin.

Did anyone watch this to the end?

Forced myself to get through it...no surprises at the conclusion. Ijag really called it.

Seemed like a much better show when it was on Bravo, altho I know that's probably my annoyance at the switch to Lifetime.

I don't think it was so much the move to Bravo as the move to LA that hurt this season. The revolving panel made the judging really irregular. Also, there were a bizarre amount of one-day challenges, which I'm sure contributed to the blah-ness of a lot of the work. I'm sure Ra'mon and Epperson (really wish I could've seen their collections) would've stayed longer if there'd been less one-day BS.

Supposedly they're back in New York next year. I suspect this'll fix many of this season's problems.
