Whenever I hear Otis' name, I remember being up in Toronto, seeing some fan with a sign that said "Otis is cute." Got a kick out of it.

Except for the hair turning a bit silver, he still looks the same. Police say they conducted field sobriety tests and determined Nixon was NOT under the influence of crack cocaine or alcohol. A good lawyer may get him off with a stiff fine.
