To answer Evil's question, I'm betting if there is an impact, it will be the Ravens pulling together. Either way, I'm sure somebody on that team will go on about the media providing extra motivation if they win Thursday night.

You don't think the teams are interesting. That's fine. More than enough folks disagree with you. Either way, a brief downturn in the fortunes of the team does not mean the rivalry stops being a good one. If they both stay down for a while, you would have a point. Steelers-Ravens: Baltimore's offense sucks, but so does Pittsburgh's defense. Steelers in a close one.

Dolphins-Bills: I like Tannehill better than Manuel. Would love to see another big game from Moreno, too.

Jaguars-Redskins: I think Jacksonville plays well for two halves this week. No faith in RG3 anymore.

Cowboys-Titans: Tennessee has plenty of weapons to make it a long day for Jerrah and Co.

Cardinals-Giants: Cross country trips are rough, but the Giants looked terrible Monday night. Still wouldn't be surprised if they won, though.

Patriots-Vikings: Cordarelle Patterson is awesome, but I can't see the Patriots going 0-2.

Saints-Browns: Cleveland was impressive in the second half last week, but the Saints usually rebound well under Payton. 4 TDs for Brees.

Falcons-Bengals: Game of the week. I'll take the home team.

Lions-Panthers: Can Stafford have two great games in a row? I say no.

Rams-Bucs: Lovie will make the most of facing a third-string QB.

Seahawks-Chargers: Seattle.

Texans-Raiders: I have a feeling the Oakland defense will have a big day.

Jets-Packers: Blowout of the week. 4 TDs for Rodgers.

Chiefs-Broncos: 5 TDs for Manning.

Bears-Niners: Cutler threw 5 picks in 2009 matchup against a lesser San Fran defense. Kaepernicks's first start came in 2012 matchup -- an embarrassing Chicago loss in which Aldon Smith sacked Jason Campbell roughly 73 times.

Eagles-Colts: Should be a wild one. Toss-up in Indy.
