I know Baton Rouge is really serious about American football, but if any area can put sports in proper perspective, it should be natives of the Bayou.

If not, LSU is open Oct. 4 and North Texas can move its Florida Int'l game to Nov. 15 to play in October. Just like 2005. Maybe the key to keeping Louisiana hurricane-free is to keep UNT out of Death Valley. :)
