Lingerie Football League

So, I know we have discussed the Lingerie Bowl but what about the new league they are launching in like two months with teams in Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Tampa etc?

Do you think the league or whatever you want to call it will work and if so do you know of any papers or anything that will cover it or atleast feature the team anywhere?

I read somewhere they got a TV deal in Seattle and some paper has given them front page coverage.

If I didn't know better, and I may not, I'd say the Tampa Bay Times -- TBT* -- was the paper that put it on their cover.

That said, any of the papers here could have done it in a desparate effort to boost their daily sales.

I am just thinking because the people in charge has not done a Lingerie Bowl since 2006 and failed tries every year since and now they want to do a league... I almost want to agree with the statement that this will fail like the XFL.

I don't see myself or any other male going to a handful of games to see the girls play full contact football in lingerie....maybe 2 games but no more.

I actually look forward to the UFL more then the LFL.

I was disappointed when I clicked on the link for "player stats". Instead of a basic bio for each player, I wanted to find out who led the league in the important categories. You know, rushing yards, passing yards, nipple slips, wedgies, bra size. That sort of thing.
