If this is a D_B, my apologies.

www.sox-appeal.com.

I can't wait to see this hideously horrible guilty pleasure show.

This show might be the best test yet of how far the Red Sox and NESN can try the patience of the fans who actually care about, you know, baseball.

Dude, NESN could create an hour-long show of Terry Francona washing his car and it would pull a 15 share. Over the winter, they had a show where Mike Timlin and Jonathan Papelbon went hunting, and it drew huge numbers.

Shows like this will happen, and succeed (moderately) as long as the Sox win. Doesn't matter how awful the idea (and I actually think this one's kind of fun). Christ, there are TWO POST GAME SHOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!!

They could draw a number by putting a spinning B on the tv screen.
NESN employees are attempting to organize, management not happy.

Did someone at NESN watch "Fever Pitch" and come up with this?

Like Mert, I think this train-wreck-in-waiting has potential.

I mean, "Dismissed" meets Fenway? There's high comedy, unintentionally high comedy, Roseanne Barr and Carl Lewis singing the National Anthem, then this. [/bostonsportsguy]

NESN aired a promo yesterday and showed snippets of earlier auditions. Let's just say that there were few lookers.

Another excuse to overexpose Hazel Mae, I suspect.

Hey they got her off of Rogers Sportsnet, that's OK by me.
