Sadly.......I was stone-sober.

No, to the shagrin of a couple of our viewers, not those balls.

I'm umpiring a high school baseball game tonight....

3rd inning...kid throwing low 70's.....foul-tipped BAM! gets me right square in the center of the mask.

THE NEXT ****ING PITCH

same kid...same speed......same location......same swing

THWAP!

Within a centimeter of the same spot in the mask.

In fact, it cracked the mask.

Other umpire, fans, both coaches were rolling with laughter, the mother****ers.

I've been hit many times, but never in the same spot, on back to back pitches.

Technically, you know what it's like to have two strikes in your face. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed in B-Dub for not picking up on that.

Then Chef amputated his face. The end.

What a *******.

Granted, a pretty funny ******* at times, but a ******* anyway.

How does one become one of the cool kids? Am I too old to get in on this?

We accepted RossJT in 2004. We can only accept one Ross and his screen name comes before yours alphabetically and that's the tiebreaker. Very sorry. Now go away, you can't sit here. :D

(Lick It Up is on the Classic, BTW. AHHHH!!! THAT'S WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE WITHOUT THEIR MAKEUP!!! PUT IT BACK ON!!! NOW!!!)
