How close (or far) do you live from where you were born?

I thought this would be a fun thread. Optional: What's the farthest you've lived from your birthplace if your current residence is closer?

The place of my birth is about 125 miles from where I live. I used to live twice as far away, but I've never lived out of this state.

Oh, and sorry if we've done this before and I didn't notice.

I live a little under 200 miles from where I was born.

The farthest I've lived is right around 550 miles from home.

Of my 36 years, 26 have been spent in my hometown, and there I never lived more than two miles from my parents' house.

957 from where I grew up; 1066 from where I was born...and that's the furthest. Since I graduated college, though, I have not lived in my home state, and I definitely miss it.
