There will be no keg stands for me tonight. Running a half marathon tomorrow morning.

Stupid decision? Certainly, but I'll be able to spend the rest of the day eating and napping without a shred of guilt.

I'm in San Francisco with friends for the holiday. Hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! On Thanksgiving Eve, I'm thankful for the fact that once you're an empty nester, there's no social stigma to just getting drunk at home instead of going out.

Happy Thanksgiving all, and may your fantasy football players who are playing tomorrow pile up a lot of points.

(Yeah, I know, nobody gives a **** ...)

I ate and napped today guilt-free as well, but that's because I underwent a colonoscopy this morning.

Happy Thanksgiving Eve, indeed!

Probably the most anticipated night of year for me, eve of a guaranteed 4 day weekend; love turkey on Thanksgiving with family.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

I'm making the mashed potatoes tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving, y'all!

Had to put the Tuesday paper away, sleep for 2 hours and get up and do the Wednesday paper because our publisher decided to move the Thanksgiving Eve paper deadline to 1 p.m.

The presses actually didn't start rolling until 5 p.m.

Adjusted the thread title to reflect the eve is past and the day is here. I'm NOT thankful for the election but I got locks on basically everything else. Life is good, my kids are healthy and thriving and I have these three crazies who think I'm the Bomb ****ing Diggity.

My children are out of the country, Hope working in France, Josh touring SE Asia with his girlfriend after they went to a wedding in Bangkok, so it'll be a two-person Thanksgiving, but I'm thankful for most everything in my life. This place, too. I'd sure miss my argumentative, smart and smartass (good combination) Internet acquaintances here.

My Dad is coming up from VA, we are going to an Amish restaurant in Lancaster PA later this afternoon, then to Scranton to see Steamtown tomorrow.

I'm thankful for SJ. I've been here since Penn State blew up. I've learned a lot from all of the diverse opinions and relayed facts and news. I firmly believe this is one of the more intelligent corners of the Internet.

Have a great holiday everyone!
