Thank goodness the feds are still looking out for our welfare!

The commission late Friday issued a proposed fine totaling almost $1.4 million against 50-some ABC affiliates for airing a Feb. 25, 2003, episode of NYPD Blue that included "adult female nudity," specifically a "small portion of one side of her breasts" and a side view of her buttocks, the FCC said...

Ipso this, you pissy little *****.

Geez, that took place on the premiere episode in 1993. Wonder how long before the FCC rules on this??

They should pay the lovely Ms. Ross $1.4 million for bearing that beautiful behind. The best line in that episode was when Sipowicz walks into the squad room and she asks if he got the kid to school OK. "I dropped him off at Hooters. He insisted."

It could have been worse.

ABC could have shown Dennis Franz' bare ass. Think of the psychological trauma that would have been inflicted on our children.

I believe that happened in a different episode.

Good thing the FCC doesn't rule in Canada.

CBC would be shut down tomorrow.

Yeah, but if I remember correctly, Sharon Lawrence also shows off hers in the same episode. That tradeoff ain't bad.

For a while it seemed like every episode of Blue featured a shot of somebody's ass.

And why are they just processing this **** now?

Even Dennis himself would say ABC should be fined $14 million for showing his ass on camera. :)

"That's going to be very clean"

Funny scene.

The FCC as a government entity is in direct violation of the First Amendment and should be dissolved. That is all.

I wonder if they're ever going to get around to fining Soupy Sales for telling a bunch of kids to go into their parents' wallets and send him all the green pieces of paper they find.
