A Tulare detective was killed while serving an eviction notice. This sparks a manhunt for the suspect leading to a police task force finding him in a field. Suspect shot at an armored Bear Cat so the deputy driving it ran over the suspect, killing him. Tulare County Sheriff is, um, less than apologetic.
