What's all the fuss about?

It's on the Star website with a friggin video:

http://www.thestar.com/News/World/article/307843

The ****** Prince looks like he's playing Mr. Dressup.

Nothing to see here, folks. Move along

Of course it's now out, because of Drudge.
Well, I guess we can lock this thread now because the great JR doesn't deem it worthy.
Oh, **** off.

What I said was it's much ado about nothing.

And the link to the Channel Four "news" gives an anonymous quote. Reads like Page 6

People knew Harry was going there months ago. Not news.

jr jr the monarch czar

Boom, your sense of humour has always been infantile.

Now you're regressing. Pretty soon you'll be sucking your thumb.

Possible press cover up not a story??

I love ya JR ... but it's definitely news. I'm not sure where I stand on everyone sitting on it, but now that's it out, it's news.

And HH, could you pick out Prince Harry in a lineup? I couldn't. I doubt the Afghans could.

That's just absurd, and you know it.

Hammier,
I'm being obsteperous as usual, I guess but what's the story?

The fact that Harry's over there? Not really. CBC was sniffing around that last December. And it's what British Princes do. Makes them look all manly and everything.

The news blackout? Nope. There are all sorts of things that the Brits do that would get them in deep doo doo in the U.S. --and even in Canada. They don't have a carved in stone view of freedom of the press.

I thought that he had already been called back... a couple years ago ... from engaging in this folly.

And this isn't about that.
This is about Drudge deciding who needs to know what.
But, hey, spin all you want as usual once your superiority and arrogance are pointed out.

That was Iraq last year, and because it became such a press story, the gov't knew now his unit would be in awful danger as Harry would be a huge target to be kidnapped.

I think that was his brother.

Last year, in fact. He got pulled from a mission to Iraq because the armed services thought it a security risk. He almost left the service as a result. Now it's almost certain the same thing will happen, and he'll get shipped out ASAP.

Drudge didn't break the story. It was already out there.

William did receive his commision, but was never going to be in active duty as second in line to the throne.

According to the AFP story, Drudge initally credited Der Bild and New Idea, but then claimed it as his own.

Drudge? Lie?
Bet he gave the other 2 credit until the story was confirmed to cover his ass (which has been bent over most his adult life anyway), then decided to **** them over.

JR --
Hey, brother.
The guy's doing infantry recon in a place that's been dangerous since Alexander The Great. It's a lot of things, but it's not just to make him look macho.

jr jr the monarch judge
It must be wrong if it's on Drudge

Poor Prince Harry, his location is out
The world's in a tizzy, but jr is in doubt.

Not a story? The guy is in danger
With WALES on his helmet, he's hardly a stranger.

The taliban says he's their #1 man
A bullet magnet, could go home in a can

Announcing his location seems pretty mean
Wake up, jr, and God save the Queen.
