I've often wondered if dicks that are removed are put in a recycle bin for organ transplant. Some people going the "other way" (female to male) could probably use one that was made by intelligent design, instead of some plastic surgeon-created dong.

Well, I don't dream about it. I recently had someone in my girlfriend's family who was going through male to female reassignment, and it made me wonder where dicks go. Haven't bothered to google it since I figure most go up the incinerator smokestack.
